Fitness Challenge

HAND-WALK CHALLENGE

APRIL 2024

RULES...​

​​

  • You'll walk your hands into each of the 3 rings and back for the number of times of each challenge day.

  • Each day the number of times will increase.

  • You must remain in the proper position for the entire exercise.

  • If any other part of your body touches the mat except for your feet and hands you'll be disqualified.

  • Positions:

    • You'll start in a push-up position with both hands in the first ring.

    • You'll walk both of your hands one at a time into each of the 3 rings.

    • You'll repeat the exercise for the number of times of each challenge day.

    • Hands must be in the proper position in each ring for it to count.

PROCEDURE...​

​

  • Grab your challenge card from the table.

  • Bring it to an instructor, leadership or staff member.

  • They will have you attempt the challenge.

  • Get their initials if you succeed and return your card to the table.

YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF COMPLETING YOUR CHALLENGE EACH DAY.

 

IF YOU CANNOT REMEMBER KINDLY ASK YOUR PARENT TO REMIND YOU EACH DAY.

SOME OTHER RULES...​

​

  • You will not be allowed to do two challenges in one day.

  • You can make-up a missed challenge ONLY during any of the scheduled make-up days.

  • If you are in class and forget to do your challenge, it will count as a missed day.

​

There are 5 challenge days total. You must complete all 5 days successfully by getting 5 initials in order to win the challenge.

​

There are only 2 make-up days at the end of the month so keep track of your progress!
