FITNESS CHALLENGE

HAND-WALK CHALLENGE

APRIL 2026

 

  • In a push-up position, your ankles will be held off of the ground by a partner as you "walk" with your hands forward through a set number of rings.

  • You must touch the center of each ring with at least one hand.

  • The number of rings will be increased each challenge day. If at any point you fall and your chest touches the mat you will be disqualified.

 

  • There are 5 challenges days total.

  • Day 1 will begin with 6 rings.

  • 1 ring will be added each challenge day.

  • If you successfully finish all 5 challenge days you'll be awarded 1 challenge coin.

Procedure...

  • Grab your Challenge Card from the table and bring it to an Instructor.

  • Attempt the Challenge and get their initials if you succeed and return your card to the table.

Other rules...

  • You will not be allowed to do two Challenges in one day.

  • You can make-up a missed Challenge ONLY during the scheduled make-up days.

  • If you are in class but forget to do your Challenge it will count as a missed day.

  • You must complete all days and have all initials when turning in a completed Challenge Card.

You are in charge of completing your Challenge each day.
