CHICKEN WALK CHALLENGE

RULES...
-
Bending your knees fully you'll squat down and hold a ball over your head.
-
You'll "Chicken Walk" the designated length for one lap on the first day, two laps the second, and so on.
-
You must keep the ball over your head and your knees bent the entire exercise.
-
If you lower the ball below your forehead, fall over or stand too high you'll be disqualified.
PROCEDURE...

Grab your challenge card from the table.

Bring it to an instructor, leadership or staff member.
-
They will have you attempt the challenge.
-
Get their initials if you succeed and return your card to the table.
YOU ARE IN CHARGE OF COMPLETING YOUR CHALLENGE EACH DAY.
IF YOU CANNOT REMEMBER KINDLY ASK YOUR PARENT TO REMIND YOU EACH DAY.
SOME OTHER RULES...

You will not be allowed to do two challenges in one day.

You can make-up a missed challenge ONLY during any of the scheduled make-up days.
-
If you are in class and forget to do your challenge, it will count as a missed day.
There are 6 challenge days total. You must complete all 6 days successfully by getting 6 initials in order to win the challenge.
There are only 2 make-up days at the end of the month so keep track of your progress!
